about this publication

Abstract: The single distinguishing relationship feature between high and low performing leaders is the differentiating factor of affection (Schnell, 2008). "The highest-performing leaders show more warmth and fondness, they get closer to people, and they're significantly more open in sharing thoughts and feelings" (Schnell, 2008).
