Abstract: Some of the important and significant legal issues that have been reported, debated and analyzed in the Indigenous Law Bulletin (ILB) are discussed. Details of amendments undertaken by both Queensland and New South Wales (NSW) to their constitutions in order to recognize Indigenous Australians are highlighted.
