Abstract: Duch, also known as Kaing Guek Eav, the former director of Phnom Penh's detention and torture center has been found guilty for the crimes and inhuman activities in Khmer Rouge. The various jurisdictional issues and the final conclusion and decisions of the case are talked about in the article.
