The Text of Muteness in Personal Injury Litigation

Abstract: The impact of muteness of the plaintiff in personal injury litigation is analyzed by considering judgements from Australian states and territories from 1998 to 2000. It highlights the important melodramatic role of lawyers and doctors in the legal process.
