Competition law: The government's response to the Harper Report

Abstract: The Harper Review is the most significant review of Australian competition law and policy in more than two decades. Professor Harper and a panel of experts delivered their Final Report on 31 March 2015, containing 56 recommendations. The Federal Government released its response to the Harper Report on 24 November 2015, accepting 44 of the recommendations (in whole or in part). It remains open to the rest.
