Abstract: David Re, of Frederick Jordan Chambers, presents a report on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina's war crimes jurisdiction. It is the world's largest and busiest war crimes court and in some respects the system is very similar to Australia's whereas in other ways it differs drastically.
