Snake oil, coffee enema and other famous nostrums for cancer - a recent history of cancer quackery in Australia

Cancer Forum
Volume 29 Issue 3 (2005 Nov)

Abstract: The author outlines some of the unorthodox claims for the cure of cancer that achieved prominence in the Australian public eye over the last 30 years or so, to the extent of seriously interfering with the normal practice of cancer medicine. Some of those making such claims might fittingly be labelled as ?quacks?, others not. (non-author abstract)
