Consensus statement for the prevention of vascular disease

Abstract: This consensus statement for the prevention of vascular disease in people over 50 years of age aims to consolidate key messages from a number of evidence based guidelines and studies. It addresses the assessment and principles of management of risk factors for vascular disease, including those developed by Diabetes Australia, Kidney Health Australia, the National Heart Foundation of Australia, and the National Stroke Foundation of Australia.
