Abstract: The Mudang Mudjin, the Building Strong Foundations (BSF) team, is based at Cranebrook Community Health Centre and is also being created at Lithgow Community Health Centre. The team at Cranebrook is composed of Aboriginal health workers, social worker, child and family health nurses and a women's health nurse (WHN).
