Expedition Cruising in Australia: Proactive Steps Towards Change for Sustainability

Abstract: The article provides an overview of the Australian expedition cruise industry, examines the current activities and status at the main cruise hotspots and draws comparisons between destinations. A case study of the expedition cruise industry in the Kimberley region is also provided.
